Gary (the owner i believe) wont fire his nasty employees due to fear of other employees quitting on him. Therefore we get to deal with awful customer service so he doent have to try to hire new and potetially better employees. Best hang out in Elma if you like being treated like an inferior by the all knowing employees! Have fun!
